New employees - complete these tasks with your trainer(s) on the first day. Your trainers should mark off their matching list as well. If your trainer fails to show you the location of something, how to use it safely, or tells you to "just complete the form" report this to your Operations Leader.

Trainer(s), please complete the 1st day form to acknowledge you have shown the new employee the locations(s) of items, how to use them, and understands /can demonstration policies & procedures. Follow up with your Operations Leader if you have questions or need additional direction.
